Insomnia?
Any of you have trouble getting to sleep, or STAYING asleep? If so, have you tried anything (natural, prescription, technique, or otherwise)? I am having a horrible time with this.. I've tried everything and am already on my second prescription and still have not experienced any results. Any feedback is appreciated.

I drink warm milk if I can't sleep at night. And grab a boring book that works for me.
I have a friend who takes anti-histamine meds if she can't sleep.

Drug time:
Small boost: 5mg to 10mg ambien. Good to help you drift off. No hang over with 7-8 hour sleep on the 10mg, 6 hours min for the 5mg. Boost to go out, stay asleep: 5-10mg ambien along with 5-10mg valium/diazepam. Lets you fall asleep and stay asleep. You will need a full 8 hours if you take 10-10. Some may need more. May feel slightly groggy in the morning. Knock your dick in the dirt: 12.5 to 25mg of seroquel quetiapine. Kicks in about 20 - 30 minutes after taking. You will feel druged. You pass out and are dead to the world for 8 hours and will feel umm drugish for the first 30 minutes or so after you wake. (full dosage) Half dosage isnt as bad but still will kick you in the booboo. Ideally have Doctor prescribe 10mg ambiens, 10mg valium/diazepam, and 25mg seroquel quetiapine. You can hand break the first two but will need a pill splitter for the seroquel. Those are some tiny pills. Doing it this way you will also of course save money. Do switch up on occassion and after a short period you can skip nights, your body gets used to it. P.S. Avoid grapefruit juice or it umm really kicks you in the booboo.

Ambien worked for me for about a month and then had no effect anymore.
Lunesta worked for me for about three months, now it doesn't put me to sleep but when I finally fall asleep, it usually keeps me asleep. (I still take it for that reason.) Rozerem made me woozy but didn't put me to sleep. I'm still on the hunt...... |
