Is there any reason why conversions are better at the end of the month rather than the beginning?

Just looked at the stats on the paysite and affiliates conversions were 20% better in the last week of September against the first week.

August was similar but less.

End of the month I would assume they have less, I've spent the $100 Eva gives me by the end of the first week.
