1st, get a good antivirus, it will protect you from the viruses

2nd. go to tools>message rules> mail

you'll be able to set some filters for your email, look up for what you need there.

a little tip, setting the messages to be a max size of 150kb and the rest to be erased from the server will deal with most viruses, your antivirus proggie should do the rest.

I've recently started using a program called MailWasher which enables me to delete crap email straight off the server so I never even have to download it. It also has a neat little feature of being able to bounce emails back to the sender which is great for spam. http://www.mailwasher.net/

hey bud,

Zone Alarm Pro is the shit. It catches every single infected email I get and it just disarms or deletes it. I get tons of virus infected emails everyday so ZAP was a lifesaver. Man this sounds like a sales plug.. well its worthy of one..

Here's a LINK

Good luck.
