I think the secret for a nice boob job is how does the boobs look like BEFORE the surgery and how big you actually get them. Maybe Thai chicks just have better boobs then american chicks in the beginning. Or maybe they just dont go from 32AA to 42FFF. One thing women should understand; boob jobs usually enhance the SIZE of the boobs and nothing else.

As for your question...I think it's a combo of early hormone treatment, smaller implants and stronger pecs that can make a trannies boob job look good.
In L.A. they are generally putting disproportionate tits on a woman and that has the potential to look bad. Sagging, too much seperation, etc.
I'm sure there are good L.A. boob jobs on women and lousy boob jobs on Thai men. A lot depends on the doctor's skill.
