As for your question...I think it's a combo of early hormone treatment, smaller implants and stronger pecs that can make a trannies boob job look good.
In L.A. they are generally putting disproportionate tits on a woman and that has the potential to look bad. Sagging, too much seperation, etc.
I'm sure there are good L.A. boob jobs on women and lousy boob jobs on Thai men. A lot depends on the doctor's skill.
