Keev,
I do alot of batching/actions such as rotating resizing etc etc... with photoshop with no problems saving the new files to a designated folder automatically.
BUT when I try to do any url overlays in batch mode it stops after each image and you have to click save each time.

Is it that way for you? if not any ideas what I need to do?

Cheers!

Hey BV!

When your recording your actions make sure the last action is File > Close. Without this PS wants you to save it manualy before it goes on to the next file in the batch process. Most of the time my last two actions are "Save for Web" to optimize and then the File >Close.

Hope that helps you out. If not let me know

I don't know what I did before I discovered PS automation.

Later.

Bliz,

I cannot make 'save for web' and batch processing work for recursive directories.

all i have is a bunch of directories, each with 100s of images, that i want to open and save as lower quality jpegs.

how do i do this?
