My mate did one a few months ago. Charged 35GBP to access the members area and inside was just FHG's to other paysites.. it went okay then everyone started asking for refunds.. He closed it down lol.

Don't know wtf he was thinking but he made about a 1k from it within 3 weeks..(existing traffic)

I was talking to Pete about it and he felt it maybe too close to a gambling site and not a good idea to run in the US .. they are paying for a chance at a bigger prize .. I just like the idea of designing a site like that .. and making it fun.
