Wash your fucking hands. As a former ferret owner, who bathed the squirmy little fuckers at least once a month (any more and you can damage the hair from the removal of natural oils), I can tell you that they smell of musk, which isn't that different than urine, feces, and rotten corpses combined.

Why the hell were you sniffing under a ferret's tail?

You must have gotten defective ferrets. These guys have a strong odor, but it's not really unpleasant.

I put newspapers in every corner. No problem.

They sleep like 20 hours a day and when they're out, they're hilarious.

It was the never ending shit that got me to finally sell them because all they pretty much do is shit.

I got tired of people coming over and saying " when was the last time you cleaned the litter" and giving me a funny look when I replied " yesterday "

My ferret Elmo had to be put to sleep cause of a urinary tract problem.

That was about 10 years ago or so now.

My Sugar Glider stinks like a sweaty gym socks even right after you give him a bath and clean his cage. But since he can bark like a dog and when he gets pissed he sounds like a demonic squirrel, he's ok in MY BOOK (dum dum dUUUUUUUUM!)

Feed one a few fruit loops after it wakes up for a good 2 solid hours of insanity! lol

He's got his own room so all the shit he does is in there, clean it twice a day.

Bath him once a month, if you stick you face right into his neck and sniff you can smell musk, but it's not strong, dogs smell worse.

They are mad bastards who will steal anything they can find, and mine loves to eat towels but apart from that pretty well behaved.
