Western culture seperates church from state. We see war as an end to politacal and econimic needs. So a Jihad/Holy War is against our beliefs. Well...i dont know if i shuld accept a peace treath if Isreal had made a state in my country and took land...I can feel the pain of both sites but this war will continue to be told in generations.....all people that is alive now today..is dead 2200 .... i am sure it will be same problem there ...its not easy to get a people that have been treathed very bad to accept a peace...

Learn some basic history there was no country EVER called palestine it belonged to the Turks and then Jordanians.

... you crack me up, most of the french welcomed the nazis with open arms ... or please explain to me how the nazis invaded paris without a single shot fired. it´s a not so nice part of your history, and I can understand that people today love to say that their country showed full resistance ... but unfortunatly it wasn´t that way ... things first changed when the US moved in, before that most european countries (excluding UK) didn´t do anything.

1947. The UN is going to setup two countries in the area. One for Jews, one for the Arabs who have no other place (Palestinians). The Arabs and the Palestinians threw a hissy fit because there was going to be a Jewish country. They wanted ALL the land, and they didn't want the Jews to have a country.

55 years later the Arabs have had their asses kicked multiple times trying to kill all the Jews, and the Palestinians are blowing up Israeli children.

The only reason the Palestinians are in their current predicament is because they may very well be the stupidest group of people ever alive on this planet. All their decisions and actions have led to their current status.

Stop trying to rewrite history and make the Palestinians victims. The only thing they're victims of is being stupid barbarians who can't act civilized.

I'm not arguing with you or anyone else on that point, you're right, french people welcomed the Nazi army until they got to be on the receiving end of Nazism, my point is that the French Resistence Movement did not attack german civilians, they fought against the army that was occupying their land.

Milton is trying to say that the Palestinian terrorist groups aren't really terrorist, they are liberty soldiers in his eyes.

I'm just trying to state the difference between real liberation movements and terrorist organizations...
