#1, under 18 an no nudity is legal in most countries. However if she is posing suggestive or in a way that leaves her privates viewable through the fabric of her clothes, it is illegal. Think camel toe... (the original kind) #2, under 18 and in Germany you can show boobs. Lots of other countries too. |

its legal even in the us...
artistic freedom, 1 ammendment or what ever it is called.. ask ASACP i am sure they get tons of non nude non sex model sites reported all the time, but AFAIK they are unable to do anything about those types of sites..
