This just came from a member, how am i supposed to cancel when he doesnt give me a username?

got this one yesterday

Look up by e-mail.

I get those customers from time to time. Luckily they are mainly on one site, so I go into Verotel's user DB and pull it up by e-mail.

End of problem.
