Care to share what your upgrade url looks like for paycom xsell members? Paycom is not recognizing my members with the following url..

Ok let's rephrase this so people get what's going on...
NATS users who are buying xsells through paycom Are you using NATS's built in upgradeplus script to upgrade the xsell users (/signup/upgradeplus.php), or are you sending to Paycom's script directly (memberupgrade.cgi)... Reason for the question being, apparantly when you get a new member via xsell, you are not sent a corresponding username from Paycom, but just a transaction ID, and to upgrade them you only have to provide Paycom with the transaction ID (but NATS's script sends the username as well resulting in a user not found error). Or something. We can't seem to get a straight answer out of Paycom or NATS about it, and I don't think we should have to swap out the provided NATS script... WTF coin why did you have to create this thread |
