Ok let's rephrase this so people get what's going on...
NATS users who are buying xsells through paycom
Are you using NATS's built in upgradeplus script to upgrade the xsell users (/signup/upgradeplus.php), or are you sending to Paycom's script directly (memberupgrade.cgi)...
Reason for the question being, apparantly when you get a new member via xsell, you are not sent a corresponding username from Paycom, but just a transaction ID, and to upgrade them you only have to provide Paycom with the transaction ID (but NATS's script sends the username as well resulting in a user not found error).
Or something. We can't seem to get a straight answer out of Paycom
or NATS about it, and I don't think we should have to swap out the provided NATS script...
