Fucking CCBill CGI Server error... I can't check my stats!

I hate checking my CCBill stats more than anything in the world -- I go to reports.ccbill.com -- punch in my ID, username, AND PW and I get the following error...

"Not Found

The requested URL /download/index2.cgi was not found on this server.

Apache/1.3.26 Server at reports.ccbill.com Port 80"

Why is checking stats with CCBill so complicated? Yesterday I couldn't access the site for hours -- I call them on the phone to find the URL where I can finally get my password emailed to me -- after talking to two foreign guys I could hardly understand I get a URL (affiliates.ccbill.com) -- so what the fuck is reports.ccbill.com? Anyhow I go to affiliates.ccbill.com -- then it wants my email address that I fucking used to sign up (like I remember) -- so I search through my emails to find that address -- punch it in -- then wait for the password -- then I fucking try the password that it JUST GAVE ME and it doesn't work! So I try it again on another one of their login pages (how many ways are there to log into CCBill?!!!) -- and this login page tells me, "sorry we diabled your account due to 3 incorrect password logins" !!! Fucking A! So they disable my account and I don't even get a fucking warning message or an email? So I wait an hour for the system to "re-activate" my account -- I try to log in again and fuck if it still doesn't work!

So I try it again today -- but I was on the wrong stats login page I guess -- so I punch it in on the other login page and I get this fucking CGI error!!! WHEN WILL IT END!!!

FUCK CCBILL I HATE YOUR BULLSHIT!

It should take me a week to check stats. I'm a fucking computer programmer for 20 years! I'm not retarded -- CCBILL SUCKS!#%@!#!!!!!!

This is the fucking URL that CCBill sent me when I signed up to check my stats...

http://refer.ccbill.com/ccbill/admin...67&USER=thefly

Fuck I get errors -- maybe they are working on some problems because every time I load this URL something different happens -- either it wants me to download a .EXE file -- or I get redirected to another page, or I get this error...

"Not Found

The requested URL /ccbill/admin.php3 was not found on this server."

Ok I finally got it working -- I had to go to affiliates.ccbill.com -- and it looks like everything is working fine...

I just don't like to think about checking stats -- I just want to click a couple links and be done... maybe I'm just too lazy?

Hey, you cant blame them man....
I mean its really hard with all the millions they are making to create a decent working admin area.
Same with ibill....how the fuck should they be able to offer support if they only make millions of dollars...
They have to spend it on way more important things!

You're not the only one that has found this problem on ccBill's server.

Well I have to give ccbill credit for tightening up security a little -- it's more inconvenient for me but I guess in the long run my money is safer...

Also I guess I got to appreciate their new affiliates.ccbill.com setup -- for some reason I just didn't have that URL bookmarked anywhere and the ccbill signup email that I had in my box failed to redirect me properly.

I still think there should be a better system for deactivating accounts... I mean any surfer could totally lock out a webmaster just by looking at the referral link and going to affiliates.ccbill.com and giving 3 incorrect passwords!!! Meanwhile I would have no idea!
