:mad More ePassporte drama...

Anyone else having issues with getting their withdrawals from ePassporte?

I did a withdrawal on Aug 21st and still have not received the funds. I did
contact them via ICQ and after waiting for four hours was told "we did
experience problems last week and you should receive the funds tomorrow
or the next day. You were not the only one affected."

So I checked again today and no luck. I decided to give them a call since
their phone system is now functioning and was told, "It was sent on the 21st
and it takes 7-10 business days to receive. We have not had any issues with
our system."

My issue with this is, why am I getting different stories from each rep I chat
with. And why does it take so dayum long to get a ACH transfer. They clearly
print on the screen it will take 2-3 business days when you run the
transaction but, it has always take 7 calendar days for me.

Anyone out there from ePassporte care to explain what is going on and why
a simply ACH transfer takes so long??

I agree they have a great product with even more potential but, if folks
cannot reliably get their funds and get accurate information from the
support reps it just destroys the product.

we have 7 Epass accounts, we only had a problem once, and it was because I lost the email-domain the account was created with. Other than that we are happy customers - almost for a year now

There were a problem with ACH withdrawals initiated on August 21st, our ACH processor has told us the card holders affected should have the withdrawal in their bank accounts today or tomorrow at the latest.

Well it's Friday and still no deposit. This is the 10th business day, 12th
calendar day, since I initiated the withdrawal. And it still has not shown
up.

I gave up after dealing with their "risk department", even though Keyser Soze was very helpful.

and being able to go to any ATM and withdraw your funds is GREAT!!!!!!

But, what I am specifically talking about is the ACH withdrawals for folks
who do not have the debit card or choose to do a ACH withdrawal for
whatever other reason. And 12 days is a bit long by any standard. I could
have gotten a paper check in the mail faster.

Well here we are in day 16 and the transfer still has not shown up.
This is twice the normal transfer time. They could have sent a second
transfer upon finding out the initial one had a problem and it would have
been received already.

Now I am being told no trouble ticket was ever openned for my initial calls
to them so, they have no records. A ticket was openned today so, it takes
48 hours for the techs to look at the ticket and 5-7 days for them to resolve
the ticket. And then, possibly, ANOTHER 7 DAYS TO GET A NEW TRANSFER!
THIS IS INCREDIBLE TO DAY THE LEAST!!

For all you folks out there posting ePassporte rocks or rules, GFY!

We have been talking about this since Wednesday and we were initially told by our ACH processor that it should have been in your account Thursday or Friday.
When you didn't see it in your account on Friday we again contacted our ACH processor and we just received a reply from them that it is included in todays transfers from them so you should see it in your account today or tomorrow.

TRUE DAT

That would be enough of a pisser for me to not use them as is. If snail mail can get to me faster than some automatic, electronic transaction, I am going to pissed off enough to not use it.

Well the deposit arrived this morning. After talking to a few folks from
ePassporte and chatting with Keyser Soze (ICQ) things got resolved
and they assured me that the communications issues were being
addressed and resolved.

Thanks goes to Keyser for stickin in there and getting resolution.

Epassporte rocks period. Sure they have problems sometimes, but this is still nothing compared to how it was without epass - at least from a sponsors POV.

At 5-8 business days on average for a withdrawl, ePassporte has an envious float!

Speaking of...

two weeks ago I had signed up for epass through their website. Ya know. Just to have in case it turned out to be a convient thing down the road. Well they took all of the information, and said someone would be in touch.

Just shy or two weeks later. Nada.

Between posts on here of people having trouble, and my own experience, I have to give some of it merit.
