Unique Affiliate Program: Heatseek Worldcash

Hi - I hope this is the right forum for this. HeatSeek just released a new affiliate program called WorldCash. It's unique since you're not sending traffic to a competing site -- instead, users download and use the software to visit any site they normally do (including yours), and it gives them a better experience. You get a commission for every software sale, and the current conversion rate is *much* higher than what you'll find for typical adult site signups. TGPs and free galleries are encouraged to apply, since even free-site users pay for our software!

Check it out at: www . heatseek . com/webmasters
Please remove the spaces in the URL above. This is not spam - but GFY doesn't let me post a URL until I've posted 30 messages, which I haven't yet.

Thanks!

several ways - First, all viewing of images and movies is totally private and secure - so users don't have to worry about others "discovering" what they've been looking at. Second, users can set "video bookmarks" in all the videos they download so they can skip to any particular favorite scene instantly. Third, the program lets you create playlists and manage your library of adult content similar to iTunes, and is very user friendly. Please feel free to check it out.

No, we never store or look at any credit card numbers, or any spyware type things.

Conversion rates vs. payouts

I should add that it's worth a try for 60 days to show yourself our rates are better than most other programs. Average payout is the pay rate times the average conversion rate, and with the other guys, that conversion rate is way low ...like 1 in 500 or 1 in 1000 or worse. Ours is MUCH higher since we're software, not a site. You also don't lose any traffic to a competitor.

aside from installing software on the users machine, you are no different than most affiliate programs out there

hell, even my basic as shit paysite has bookmarks in the paysite, so users can "favorite" stuff and come back later...same with the playlists thing

So it's privacy software. Does it delete cookies too?

For example, if you are a TGP site or have a site with content, you're not directing users to another site with content for them never to return to your site. Instead, you can actually promote your site as working even better with Heatseek.

It's more than just privacy software - it's an entirely integrated experience combining privacy, browsing, downloading, library managment, and viewing of files, very similar to iTunes for music. And yes, cookies are protected too.

Hi - actually that's not really true. For one thing, conversion rates to paysites pretty much suck. You're talking like 1 in every 500 maybe if you're a decent site, depending on where your traffic is coming from?

Regarding favorites and playlists -- sure *your* site may have it, but most sites dont, and most users don't stay members of your paysite longer than a month or two months max anyway. However, they are users of software for potentially years or more.

Don't get me wrong - I'm not trying to put down your site or the concept of a paysite. We're all for helping users have a great experience when they sign up for paysites. Just saying that rentention and user experience is inconsistent and generally bad for most paysites (and free sites) across the board these days...

when you say privacy, does your software delete cookies or anything from any other part of a users computer?

should I dare and try and sign up to your service on my own....or should I be worried abotu my system dying after I uninstall

wait a minute

it is a one time charge of $20....what percentage of that do affiliates get?

unless you are paying above $20 or some sort of recurring then there won't be many people interested

BTW, also, from what I am reading you all built this on top of IE and are also claming that it is more secure....those two things can't be in the same sentence

Quote:
More secure? Built on top of Internet Explorer? err…. pardon?

Internet Explorer is probably the most exploited piece of software in the history of computing. MS are still finding security holes FIVE YEARS after 6.0 was released. If security was indeed the goal then the Firefox code base would be what you’d use.

But…

…. then you’d have to open up your source code and everyone could see all the nasty spyware you were installing.

I’m suprised that their choice of IE rendering didn’t raise any red flags.

So you can send them to a paysite and make the sign ups?
dont think freesites like that

"If you have a special promotion and/or deal you would like to offer to Heatseek users through our start page (which is the default homepage that users will see when they start the program), please contact us below. We will only offer our users quality, legitimate deals (for example, a discount membership to your site). "

Freesites do the same. It's up to the user what site they visit. We don't have any restrictions on where a user goes. If they are a freesite user, they will continue to be a freesite user regardless of whether they use Heatseek or not.

Also, we believe our conversion ratio is high enough that freesites can make more money via referrals (who then return to their freesite since they like it) than via standard banner ads, etc.

It's another option to consider when looking at revenue streams.

Nope, we don't touch any parts of the user's computer. Feel free to install/uninstall. We are not spyware, adware, malware, or anything bad.
