Actually, I wasn't a part of Tear2, then.

Nah, I had a box with them, but stopped using it well before the first month had expired -- things didn't work out.

I think Nick (dissipate) will be doing some great things in the months to come.

I usually remember to disable my sig when I do multiple replies to a thread; Kind of like how I quote a line in an email, and reply below it. If you've seen it once, you've seen it enough. I'm kind of shocked myself. They must have an awesome accountant.

Two partners (if I'm not mistaken, somebody please correct me), a tech (who posted in this thread), purchasing the servers for customers to use, rack and bandwidth fees, etc... all on $40k with a "high profit margin". Quite remarkable really.

Hosting is not something you just jump into and expect to make tons of money at, its expensive and takes time to build up a good client base.
