I don't think bush was behind 9/11, but I think they could have done more to stop it from happening.

Its a joke. As in bin Laden commits major terrorist act. A third of Americans think someone else did it. Hence 'poor bin laden'. It would be helpful if you could learn to distinguish between serious political comment and casual comments tossed in for amusement value.

A useful tip is to remember that this is a porn forum and is bereft of serious political comment, so repeat after me;
