need an mpeg editor
need something to go from mpeg to mpeg.
can't use virtual dub because it converts from mpeg to avi. My flix blows up when I try load large movies so that's no good. I looked at a great mpeg editor from honestech but it doesnt decrease the screen size of the clips, only the length, so I end up with really big but really short clips. I'm trying to create small clips that are under 300k. Any suggestions? |

VCDCutter? It will do mpeg but not avi.
Actually what is good for cutting AVI? Premier seems to distort everything. |

Cut MPEGS with TMPEGEnc.
Cut AVI with Virtual Dub.
