Yes, it looks pretty wild, but I don't really like that top "pyramid-shaped" part, it looks out of place compared to the rest of it.

That look would take some getting used to. The original wtc is ingrained in all of us.

I think they'll rebuild it ASAP. That real estate is worth billions.

Definetly rebuild. The WTC is in the best business real estate in the *world*. It'd be a waste just to build a dinky memorial. That bulding design rocks -- just put a memorial on the first floor or something.

We will seek support from the political system to bring about an edict that a "Five Mile No Fly Zone" area is put into effect around the island of Manhattan.

A five mile no fly zone around Manhattan? JFK, Laguardia, and Newark airports are really close. That would make it really hard to land a plane at those airports.

Indeed. And what about all the buildings with helocopter pads on the roof?

I really don't care for that design much either, but I hope they do something soon to fill that void.

No chance in hell of this building going up.

If you include the decoration they propose for the top, it would be taller than the Sears Tower (by about 40 feet).

Donald Trump backed out of his plans to build a new tallest building in the world in Chicago. They planned that a long time ago, but backed out due to 9/11.
