Yes, it looks pretty wild, but I don't really like that top "pyramid-shaped" part, it looks out of place compared to the rest of it.


That look would take some getting used to. The original wtc is ingrained in all of us.

Definetly rebuild. The WTC is in the best business real estate in the *world*. It'd be a waste just to build a dinky memorial. That bulding design rocks -- just put a memorial on the first floor or something.

A five mile no fly zone around Manhattan? JFK, Laguardia, and Newark airports are really close. That would make it really hard to land a plane at those airports.

I really don't care for that design much either, but I hope they do something soon to fill that void.

If you include the decoration they propose for the top, it would be taller than the Sears Tower (by about 40 feet).

Donald Trump backed out of his plans to build a new tallest building in the world in Chicago. They planned that a long time ago, but backed out due to 9/11.
