What's the problem, Fabien? Perhaps I can help you, if it's a technical issue.

Then you haven't heard it all, or only heard from the board whores. If you do your research on the boards you will see many bad issues with them.

No problems here. For critical support issues you should call the toll free number.

I work for a competitor, but I must say there are many means to communicate with webair. Ive had hosting with them and was always able to reach someone. Mike is a good guy, and they are a good company. Lets save the board bashing as a last resort.

I also own a competitor, and I'll say this about your complaints.

1) they have a 24/7 tech number, and a livehelp system, use it.
2) If your box is too slow for all the scripts you're slogging on it, upgrade it you asshat.

Webair has some of the best support around from what I've seen. You can get someone on live chat 24/7 who will give you a good answer. They do oversell their virtual servers, so if you are running some intense scripts, you need to upgrade.

Webair is one of those companies that if everything works then they are great and the people concerned will suck webair cock all day everyday. If on the other hand you get a glitch or a problem then you are fucked. Only thing you can do is set up with someone else.

i've had dedicated boxes at webair for 3+ years.

they are not perfect, they are not the cheapest.

but if you get in a jam a few of their tech support guys are VERY sharp.

i've had Sagi or Brian H. quickly diagnosing and fixing probs at 3am from their homes.

and they are very reliable re: uptime.

if your traffic market is north america and europe they have very fast ping times and low # of hops.

i host there to make $.

I have one domain over there that the stats haven't worked since late July even after submitting several tickets and threatening to cancel my account. The last response I got 2 weeks ago was a senior tech was looking at it and the next day I got an e-mail saying they wanted to close the ticket even though the stats still didn't work. Seems like there support is just stretched too thin.

I have read this same complaint about their poor support in quite a few threads thus far.
