I started going to the gym when I was once offered a gift certificate to my friend's gym. It ended two months ago so I just continue my exercise here at the house.

That's way cheap, but who knows? Just make sure you read the find print in the contract (you'll probably need to set aside and hour, but do it). With the rather sedentary occupation many of us have chosen, working out is a necessary unpleasantness in life...particularly when you get into your mid-30's.
