I'm trying to do a member to member transaction and I'm getting:
The system is currently unavailable. Please try your transfer again later. Thank you. I've never had a problem in the past - is this occurring for everyone, or is this being caused by the 'verification-reverification' bullshit? |

keyser, im considering opening an epass acct and i got a question. whats the difference (fees/rates) between opening a business acct vs personal acct? any advantages or breaks for either?
