I paid my bill but they shut me off for nonpayment.

he was shut off due to the fact that he pays a bill to some client of our bandwidth and his account was terminated as a result of that particular client not paying his bill
 so basically, it's a chain, and the guy at top of the chain who Dantopia hosts through on our network, didn't pay his bill |
