I'm trying to get from a frames page to a normal page, but the frame stays???
How do you prevent the frame from following you to the next page without targeting a new window?

put a break frames javascript in the header of the destination page.

or, you can set a name for the index window (containing the menu and main windows), a name for the menu frame, and a name for the main frame.
simply make the target (between the anchor tags) equal to the name of the index window. |
