What Program Lets Me Turn Movie Clips Into Animated GIFs?
I've seen surfers turn movie clips into some HIGH QUALITY animated gif files when they are posting links to movie content. I'm thinking using some of these would really help me get come clicks to my sponsors on my moviepost. Does anyone know of a good program to use?

Good? Debatable. ImageReady and ImageMagick's 'convert' both work to varying degree.
