-When I call I must get a new rep. from your company telling me that the normal suspects no longer work, or run the company, and everything's fantastic as my check is...

a. In the mail.
b. In front of you as you put on the postage
c. So-n-so is typing in the wire to the bank I should see it momentarily.
d. " " " is in a meeting, and as soon as they get out, it's on the way.

-You must continue rebilling my exisiting customers, AND you must use the database of old customers from two years ago and start billing THEM as well. Ofcourse, since I will never see a cent, wtf would I care right?
