Dunno.. use the prog as needed and familiar - but sure not any expert - there are shit hot designers out there using PS to it's full extent - and they are rare in the adult biz. Prob rate around 3 or so.

That's what you pay folks to do when they are good.

Illustration skills are only part of the whole picture, somebody who is a skilled painter could do something like that but wouldnt know crap about the nuts and bolts of photoshoppery!
