What is the last 'new to you' band that you discovered?

Sometimes I discover a band that others have already known about for a while but they are new to me so I consider them new anyway

For me it is a band called TV On The Radio that I heard on tv (oddly given the name) last night. I have been listening to them today and am really liking what I hear.

What is the last band that you got into that was new to you?

I've actually only just given them a chance. I liked the dancefloor song but they were hyped to hell over here and that tends to put me off so I kind of ignored them. Then I actually gave their album a listen a few weeks ago and found out they were actually good for real. I like Fake Tales of San Francisco.

Ah, I also discovered - of all things - a 'gypsy punk' band this weekend called Gogol Bordello that are very different and a bit mental but I like them.
