So far, no posting on any Federal Court site of any Complaint being filed by TMM despite John's earlier post. If anyone finds proof of the filing and a copy of TMM's complaint, I'd love to see it.

Exaclty, because all the persons posting on this board are abject paupers that dabble in the adult industry for fun, not for money.

Albert..

Don't take this the wrong way, I have heard good things about you....

But..

With all of these posts that you are making, and assuming that the negative message board publicity is a big part of your clients claims, aren't you in essence inserting yourself into the case?

Assuming that the alleged negative publicity on the message boards is key to the alleged damage being caused your client, aren't you personally perpetuating that alleged negative publicity every time you bump the threads?

Could have, but why should he? You seem desperate to damage NATS with your constant posting on this topic, but the message is always the same: the fault is NATS for not being more tolerant, never that of the guy from Xclusive for acting so unprofessionally and having done so, then failing to regret what he did and act quickly to put things right. Is that one-sided or what?

Good question. If you take my posts as a whole or individually, I am not commenting on the case. If you read the complaint, it asserts that the damage is already irreparably done. Still, interesting food for thought.

Albert, you are doing your job and im sure you know how to do it very well, but I honestly find it kind of odd for you guys to be around on these threads. I don't think it serves any real purpose because whatever is done will be resolved in a court. We could use your knowledge in threads like 2257 and so on. Just my 2 cents.
