I vote for real with contact lenses in colour..
my gf used to wear blue contacts (has dark eyes), from the distance it looked pretty cool but when you looked from close you could see the fake texture on the contacts, which was creepy, similar to this girl (unless it's a doll with lenses and we're all wrong
