Very nice watch !!

Stallion 08-25-2006 06:25 AM

nice watch.

Digipimp 08-25-2006 06:43 AM

congrats man. being a watch guy myself i like to go with a lot of different pieces personally. they're like miniature pieces of artwork to me, no reason to spend a huge chunk on just one and i cant say that i'm a fan of rolex. nice watch though just more buying that name than any real watch history or anything unique.

free4porn 08-25-2006 06:49 AM

great watch :)

Bladewire 08-25-2006 06:55 AM

Again

Make us some money, then brag about what you supposedly got, then we'll back you up.

Otherwise.... this is the same shit I see in Japan and fucking Hong Kong. All talk no action makes DatingGold a very, very, dull boy :pimp

i second that... ppl spend crazy money on watches to show off. If you really have money you don't need to prove this to the world.... unless you have confidence issues :winkwink:

Sosa 08-25-2006 07:31 AM

very nice looking man! Congrats

Dirty D 08-25-2006 07:53 AM

Man, they got those for $35 bucks in Mexico

Manman 08-25-2006 07:55 AM

wow man WHAT A WATCH!!

Mike AI 08-25-2006 08:13 AM

Rolex's are nice. When people become informed about watches they soon learn it is not how much bling is on a watch, but rather the complications ( movements).

One of my favorite, http://www.mens-watches-guide.com/im...1_platinum.jpg

You are wrong. Poeple who have money that appreciate quality buy good watches because they like them. One day when you have some money you may understand as well.

Yep, top of the line stuff. Nice one Mike!

If anyone is looking to buy a high end watch new or pre-owned, this dealer in Florida has some of the best selections on the Net. A lot of collectors buy and sell from him so his pre-owned watches are mint and just as nice as his brand new inventory.

Thanks for the link. Next time I visit Serge, I will check this place out.

For awhile I had a problem spending to much on watches and cars. I have avoided these nasty habits for 4 years now.... Might be time to fall off the wagon!

After checking some online prices its either dropped from when I checked on it, or the online prices are wayyy lower. Found it for 1200.00 online. not bad.

i have the valor, not that one.. but buy it online if you get it, its steeply discounted online.

I don't see how you folks read the Movados. I can't even do well when there are just dashes on the hour marks. I need numbers, dammit!!

selena 08-25-2006 11:43 PM

That's a beautiful watch. Congrats on treating yourself. It's something we all should do now and then. :)

Two weeks ago I checked out their Panerias - you dont see them that much here.

It's ironic, but when you are really really wealthy you don't want anyone knowing you're really really wealthy. LOL

Go to any pawn shop and you'll find lots of Rolex's available. :upsidedow

Oh yeah that's true. They don't wear it everyday... LMAO
And who do you know that is beyond rich and dosen't own a nice watch ?
Who as a business worth $1 mill + in liquidities do you know that don't have any nice watch ? seriously...
Every rich guy I know has a nice watch. I may not have your circle of friends but I still know quite a few.

And off course you don't wear a bling bling rolex everyday. And I wasn't talking about rolexes exclusively when I meant nice watches.

good for them. Rich but no style :2 cents:

s9ann0 09-01-2006 09:45 PM

thing with rolex is i don't really think they look that good and everyone will think its fake anyways

Magix 09-01-2006 09:48 PM

cool watch :)

Lester Burnham 09-01-2006 11:31 PM

Nice..but

Very nice. I love my Rolex Sub. It has taken a beating and it keeps on ticking

However, the problem with a Rolex is everyone and their mother has one. I think 50% of the used car salesman on this planet own a Rolex. Another probelm is the number of fakes out there. Half the people who see my Rolex ask, "is it real?" That gets annoying.

I just picked up a watch by IWC (International Watch Company). Entry level watches start at about $2500 and go all the way up to $150K. I bought a Portuguese 3714 for about $6K (Jamie Fox wears one in Miami Vice, hehe). It is gorgeous, obscure, and when people see it who KNOW watches, they say "wow"..IWC..nice taste. For your next watch, check IWC out (or Breitling)
