Any dirt on JetPay?

We're considering using JetPay as a secondary payment gateway. Does anyone who's used JetPay have any dirt or complaints about them?

Never heard of them. Why you wouldn't go with the CCbill/Paycom combo is beyond me.

If this is for your dating stuff, I'd think getting your own merchant account would be much better, especially considering your volume.

If this is for your adult stuff, then I'd stick with the standard ccbill/paycom. Taking on a new processor that hasn't been tested with a history is always high risk, even if they're only a secondary processor.

ipay was with CNP... I think they terminated their relationship (which is why we had to move to jetpay)

CNP still has no Visa after Aug 31 so I wouldnt bother if you're with that bank...

Even if they get any Visa they want you to integrate a new gateway (Bastion) which is just more time and money... fuckin BS

Actually, our gateway is ours as well as our shopping cart systems, servers and 24 hour call center. We do work with other companies but our system is ours.

Hi,

We can handle all of your processing and fraud scrubbing and you will only need to integrate with us and be able to use more than 14 different supported platforms. Let me know if you are interested.

To save money and have more control? Not to knock CCbill and Paycom as they are wonderful companies and we all refer clients to each other. However, there are other options and we process for thousands of sites both adult and mainstream.
