I believe we were one of the first doing it...we've had our top10 and top100 for many years now, and over a year ago also made it accessible to the public (non-affiliates)

That's more of a ranking system telling you how you rank amongst the other webmasters, it doesn't publish who are the top X affiliates.

I think webmasters like to see how they rank, but there is no compelling reason to give out more information than necessary.
