Business Thread... come in to answer!!!
If you have ever received traffic from a mid-size and larger company on an affiliate program basis (as in, they are your affiliate)... have you had an experience where the affiliate required you, the sponsor, to sign a seperate agreement just covering that your content is legal, you keep records, you own the content, your site is legal, etc?
Do any larger companies cover their own asses when sending traffic as an affiliate in this manner? |
