master cleanse rules

only fresh fruit and veggies for two days.. then you go on a 10 day or less fast to cleanse..

2 tbl of fresh lemon juice
2 tbl of Maple syrup (the real kind and the darker the grade the more vitmains and minerals it has)
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
add to 8-10 oz of warm spring water.

I make big batches and try to do this one once a year.. usually lose 10-18 lbs over 10 days.

I don't believe in any of those fad diets. If you want to lose weight, add muscle etc. it takes time, hard work and dicipline.

With that said for a $1k bet I would probably just fast. You may lose enough water weight during that time to win your bet.

All it does is keep you shedding water weight. You'll have it back in a week, if not under. It doesn't do much for the hunger, and drinking that sludge does not do much more than if you just took a glass of water and a WaterBan every few hours.

I think he is a bit more serious this time as there is alot more money at stake
