master cleanse rules
only fresh fruit and veggies for two days.. then you go on a 10 day or less fast to cleanse..
2 tbl of fresh lemon juice
2 tbl of Maple syrup (the real kind and the darker the grade the more vitmains and minerals it has)
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
add to 8-10 oz of warm spring water.
I make big batches and try to do this one once a year.. usually lose 10-18 lbs over 10 days.
