your traffic is bad and they are losing money so they send you an email asking you to try to convert it better, change what you doing, etc.. or they will be forced to drop you. But it is all a bluff, they just trying to scare you, if you keep doing it they will let you continue and they will continue to lose money.

I am laughing because you said it was a scare tactic. They are not trying to scare anyone, they are sending you out a notice.... if you don't do something to make your traffic produce for them, then you will be dropped. It's straight forward, and to the point. period.

No I have never got one, and i know a lot of people who have never got one. I would say 90% of the people I know using them has never got one.
