Affiliate Tracking Software for MAINSTREAM
I am looking for accurate affiliate tracking software for a mainstream project I am working on. Here's what I have found so far:

My solution must be compatible with PayPal, World Pay, Total Merchant Services, etc. Personal use recommendations would be preferred. Thanks!

I don't see why Mansion's MPA3 wouldn't work for what you need.
