Affiliate Tracking Software for MAINSTREAM

I am looking for accurate affiliate tracking software for a mainstream project I am working on. Here's what I have found so far:

Does anyone have any experience with either or know of any others? My solution must be compatible with PayPal, World Pay, Total Merchant Services, etc.

Personal use recommendations would be preferred.

I don't see why Mansion's MPA3 wouldn't work for what you need.

Last I checked neither MPA3 nor NATS meets this criteria...and they are damn pricey compared to the products I have found so far.
