The pics look real but other than the newspaper there is no way to time stamp them, so they could have been taken at any time well before he was sick. The newspaper looks fake as hell.

I have to admit that I don't know enough about Photoshop to chine in on that......................

BUT:::::: It seems to me that the Newspaper's center crease folds in (toward the pic of Fidel). This would mean that the pic of Fidel would be on the last page of the news paper (?) instead of the Front page. Any newspaper is gonna be folded in a way to expose the front page, when being prepared for the news stand.
