how are 15-16 yr olds 'posing' nude legal? who the hell is his lawyer - and since when do lawyers 'rate' the legality of child porn?  |

sucks that ccbill issued refunds though.. that seems weird.
'course if i were ccbill and i had to do a refund, i'd send them a check with a letter explaining its a refund for the child porn they purchased. along with a CC: to the fbi.
