sucks that ccbill issued refunds though.. that seems weird.

'course if i were ccbill and i had to do a refund, i'd send them a check with a letter explaining its a refund for the child porn they purchased. along with a CC: to the fbi. :)

This is still sick, and I am sorry if this is old news for you.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think the law says if it's in an artistic nature, and not in a sexual position, such as 'Art Poses' they somehow squeak by.

Blame the laws.. as long as there are loopholes, people are gonna use em.

I don't agree with using young teens at all and think that people who promote it or view it have a real problem, but I wish people wouldn't refer to it as child porn. When they do that, they pull attention away from that which is actually child porn.
Sick, yes, but nobody is having sex.. nobody has a dildo in their hand.

All we can do is try to help to get this "artistic" word pulled from the laws that make this stuff ok to publish.
