Assistant Reno County District Attorney Michelle Specht said the two women did not download the images onto a computer or intend to release them, which could have resulted in more severe charges. They also did not attempt to show them to minors.
?This case bothers me. It?s disgusting,? Specht said. ?I can?t understand why someone would want to do this to another person.?

How the hell is that "promoting obscenity".

I think the charges should be something along the lines of abuse of the elderly or some charge along the lines of taking advantage of an elderly person if that is what happened. But to try and call that "promoting obscenity" is absurd.
