?This case bothers me. It?s disgusting,? Specht said. ?I can?t understand why someone would want to do this to another person.?

the got charged with obscenity? WTF shouldn't they have been charged with something else? Sounds like the gubment just wants to nail as many people for obscenity as possible

How the hell is that "promoting obscenity".

I think the charges should be something along the lines of abuse of the elderly or some charge along the lines of taking advantage of an elderly person if that is what happened. But to try and call that "promoting obscenity" is absurd.
