any one using Coldfusion from macromedia/adobe

what do you think about it. I am looking into to is to see if it would help me add more function to my sites make the sites more dynamic so i can offer surfers a better choice. Would coldfusion be a good option or keep it with php and mysql?

any one that can shine some light one this. i am pretty new at doing this my self normal i have one of my scripters do it but i would like to learn more about this.

If you're starting something new - stay with PHP.

Coldfusion costs quite a bit of money and if you're not already used to it I don't see the benefit. On the other hand, if you're a Coldfusion pro, switching to PHP might not be worth the effort of re-learning just to save a few hundred bucks on licencing costs.
