Colin Farrel's accent in THE NEW WORLD
Anyone see this movie? Why is he from England like everyone else he's with, but he's still just using his natural Irish accent? With the money put into his paycheck and the rest of the movie, they couldn't afford to hire a vocal coach to train him for a week to learn an accent he should already know?
Or am I missing something and he's actually supposed to be from Ireland? Sorry, I'm an actor an an accent snob now, and I'm mostly curious to see if anyone else noticed this. Someone that isn't an accent snob. |
