I need a shitload of Ip's. What host offeres a lot of them for free or cheap ? This does not need to be an adult host.

I have to ping yahoo a lot and they ban the IP you do it from after a while. I'd like to ping them from several IP's so I dont get blacklisted.

if you need "shitload" ips, it's 10x easier to use proxies, I don't think many hosts will give you "shitload" of ips for under $1/each...
