I need a lot of Ip's. what host is cheapest?
 

I need a shitload of Ip's. What host offeres a lot of them for free or cheap ? This does not need to be an adult host.

Virtual? Dedicated? and like Baddog asked, different Class Cs?

I have to ping yahoo a lot and they ban the IP you do it from after a while. I'd like to ping them from several IP's so I dont get blacklisted.

just get some proxies.

open proxies die fast, I'm guessing he needs more permanent proxies or most likely socks for his Yahoo pinging operation ;)

is there such thing as a permanent proxy, and what good will it do? after he does what ever hes doing that ip is blocked right?

yes, there is - you pay for tehm

lets say Yahoo bans IP that 'pings' 100 times a minute, then you get 2 proxies (2 different IPs) so they each one of them 'pings' Yahoo 50 times a minute and never gets banned - it all depends on what exaclty is he 'pinging' ;)

if you need "shitload" ips, it's 10x easier to use proxies, I don't think many hosts will give you "shitload" of ips for under $1/each...

i think hes making accounts, and if so you can make x amount of accounts per ip.. dont matter the time frame really, once youve reached "x" then that ip can no longer make accounts.

so 2 ips wouldnt do him any good.
